Calm support for lasting emotional change

Whether you are living with the effects of trauma, abuse, emotional pain, anxiety, relationship difficulties or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift, therapy can offer a space to understand what is happening and begin to move forward in a way that feels more manageable.
As a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist and RTT® Practitioner, I offer an integrative approach that combines the depth of psychotherapy with therapeutic techniques that support positive change. I work in a flexible way tailored to your individual needs, goals and pace.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted or caught in patterns that feel difficult to change. Many of the people I work with have spent a long time coping on their own or putting others first.
You might recognise yourself in some of the following:
-
The impact of trauma, abuse or painful life experiences
-
Anxiety, worry or overthinking
-
Low self-worth or self-doubt
-
Emotional exhaustion, stress or burnout
-
Difficult or repeating relationship patterns
-
Feeling stuck, flat or disconnected from yourself

I offer Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) to support adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties,
low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
Together, we can create space for:
-
Greater self-understanding
-
Positive and lasting change
-
Insight, healing, and transformation
-
An approach that is responsive to your individual needs

I provide a warm, professional and highly personalised therapeutic experience that empowers clients to move forward with greater confidence, emotional freedom and self-awareness. Together, we can work in a way that feels right for you, your goals and your individual needs.
My work combines Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®). This allows us to explore both the deeper emotional roots of difficulties and the beliefs or patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I work flexibly, adapting to what you need in the room. Some people benefit from space to talk, reflect and make sense of their experiences. Others prefer a more focused approach to working with specific thoughts, feelings or behaviours.
However we work together, sessions are paced to suit you, with the aim of supporting greater self-awareness, emotional understanding and meaningful change.

Only you can face your challenges but you don't have to face them alone. Dog available on request.
